Vermouth owes its name to its main ingredient, wormwood (“Wermut” in German), whose bitter flavour creates the most striking characteristic of this spirit. Vermouth is usually taken as an aperitif and also forms part of many cocktail recipes. Additionally, it can be used to season certain dishes. For our vermouth specialities we use only the best raw materials to make sure that the taste, complexity, and range of flavours are brought out accordingly.
