Seductive notes of honey and the scent of ripe tropical fruits are the characteristic attributes of ripe quince. The aromatic profile of the fruit in this distillate results in a complex and well-structured bouquet in the nose and on the palate. Intense, fresh and fruity with the typical distinctive notes of the fruit of origin. Up to 14 kg of quince fruit are required for 1 bottle of 50 cl quince distillate.
